• Document and Image Uploads: The app may require users to upload documents or images such as Gate Passes, certificates, or other relevant records to complete specific processes. These uploads are used only for their intended purpose and require user permission.
• Camera Access for Document Capture: Camera access is requested solely to allow users to capture images of documents (for example, Gate Passes) directly within the app when required for operational purposes.
